WHAT'S INCLUDED AND WHAT'S NOT

The price of your trip includes accommodations on the ship for seven nights, all meals, room service, basic beverages (coffee, tea and iced tea), all entertainment and Olivia activities.

The price of your trip does not include airfare, transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, some specialty coffee drinks or spa treatments. Port taxes and gratuities are not included in the price of the trip but have already been added to your reservation as reflected on your invoice.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION, ACH AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is important that you read, sign and return these forms within 24 hours to confirm your room type and location. We need the credit card authorization form returned even if you only charged your deposit! If you are using ACH payment method, you must submit an original voided check along with the ACH form.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

TRAVELEX
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. It is important to purchase Travelex insurance within 21 days of your initial invoice date in order to receive the most comprehensive coverage. If you have any questions about their coverage or pre-existing condition waivers, please contact Travelex directly at 800.228.9792 and refer to location number 05-0095 . We urge you to consider this insurance as unforeseen circumstances may occur and we must adhere to our cancellation policies. This insurance is only available to residents of the United States and Canada.

RESERVATION ID & CUSTOMER ID

Your reservation ID and customer ID are located on your invoice and statements. Please use these numbers on all future correspondence or checks.

ID REQUIREMENTS

Citizens of the United States must have in their possession a valid passport. Citizens of all other countries must have a valid passport and the appropriate entry visas necessary for their country of citizenship. It is the individual responsibility of all guests to fulfill their passport and visa requirements for both the United States and Canada. Guests arriving at embarkation without proper documentation will be denied entry onto the ship and will not be entitled to a refund.

 

SPECIAL NEEDS

We want this to be a vacation you will always remember. If you have any medical and or mobility needs, specific dietary requirements, a birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion that you have not already advised your travel consultant about, please e-mail us at info@gay1sttravel.com. Please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

DOCUMENTS

Your travel documents, which include your cruise ticket, packing lists, and other specific information pertaining to your trip, will be sent approximately three weeks prior to departure.
